Run, jump, and move with more knee comfort!

Meet TendriMove™: the lightweight knee support designed to help you stay focused on your workout—not on every landing. Its 8 mm V-shaped silicone pad cushions beneath the kneecap during running, jumping, and other high-impact movement, while flexible support moves with you instead of holding you back. Adjustable buckles help keep the fit secure, and breathable grooves help release heat and moisture as you get moving.

Want support without feeling strapped in?

✅ Targeted cushioning: The 8 mm V-shaped pad sits beneath the kneecap to cushion the patellar tendon during runs, jumps, and active workouts—so you can concentrate on your next move.

✅ Breathable comfort: 3D grooves help release heat and wick away moisture, helping your knee feel cooler and drier when your workout heats up.

✅ A fit that moves with you: Dual buckles let you adjust the fit and compression, while soft, flexible silicone provides lightweight support without unnecessarily limiting your range of motion.

Keep your active routine feeling comfortable!

TendriMove™ helps make active days feel more manageable, from a morning run to jumps at the gym. Each strap combines an 8 mm V-shaped cushion with flexible silicone, so you get focused support without a bulky brace. The breathable grooves help release heat and sweat, and adjustable dual buckles let you find a secure fit. The pair comes in blue, gray, or black in a one-size design that adjusts to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will the strap restrict my movement?

A: It’s made from lightweight, flexible silicone to move with you. Adjust the dual buckles for a secure fit without making it feel unnecessarily tight.

Q: When can I wear it?

A: Wear it during activities like running, jumping, or workouts when you want cushioning beneath the kneecap. It provides support, but isn’t a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Q: Is the silicone comfortable during a workout?

A: The soft, flexible silicone is designed for comfortable movement, and the grooves help release heat and moisture. Adjust or remove the strap if it feels uncomfortable.

Q: Will one size fit comfortably?

A: The adjustable dual buckles let you customize the fit and compression. Position the V-shaped pad beneath the kneecap, then adjust until it feels secure without being overly tight.

Q: How do I clean the straps?

A: Wipe them clean or rinse with water after use, then let them air-dry fully before storing. This helps keep them fresh between workouts.
